Lucy began her career as a dental nurse at Frimley Green Dental Practice in 1993. During her eight initial years she completed her qualifications in Sedation Nursing and gained a certificate in oral health education. Her passion towards sedation means that she has excellent caring for patients who are anxious, nervous, and need complex treatment.

In 2001 Lucy began working at the The Cedar Clinic & The Coach House in Frimley. This was was a varied role completing dental nursing for patients having a wide variety of treatment/procedures carries out under conscious sedation. Lucy completed recovering nursing care following treatment.  

 

In 2008 she was appointed Patient Care Coordinator, which involved assisting patients in all aspects of their dental care and treatment. This role enabled Lucy to explain treatment in detail to patients to assist in their understanding and enhanced patient care, and excel in administrative work by working alongside the dental reception team.

In 2020, Lucy completed a full circle to where it all began and returned to Frimley Green Practice of which she is now the Practice Manager. The skills developed during 28 years in the dental profession make her a natural fit in terms of managing the lovely staff and ensuring the smooth running of Frimley Green Dental Practice.

Lucy aims always to deliver the best patient care to every patient, through clear effective communication, kindness, and understanding the situation/individual needs of the patient. 

​

She has two children Charlotte and Thomas, and in her spare time enjoys socialising with friends.
